Position Title : Sales Manager

Base Location : Ahmedabad

Division : Clinical Diagnostics

Job Description :

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales of Histopathology / Diagnostics / Molecular products in the Gujarat region.
  • Responsible for sales and collection targets in his / her territory.
  • Regular customer visits, with a minimum of 7-10 days of travelling outside the base location.
  • Creating New customers / establishing new business
  • Monitoring sales prospectus.
  • Coordination with the Application Support team regarding complaint resolution and sample handling.
  • Strong verbal & written English communication
  • Self-motivated & good Negotiation skills.
  • Market development through CMEs / Workshops / Conferences.
  • On-time reports on competitor activity and other reports are required. Job Specification :
  • The candidate should have experience with IHC, RT-PCR, and CE / NGS, which will be an advantage.
  • Should have a good customer service attitude and be willing to travel.
  • Self-starter with minimum guidelines needed to perform the task.
  • Problem-solving attitude, and willing to take on multiple tasks.
  • Good Communication and able to express and set the right expectations with customers.
  • Should have good relations with KOL & important customers in the region. Qualification : Science graduate (BSc / MSc), preferably in Pathology, Microbiology

Experience : 2-5 yrs.

Additional Skills (If Any) :

  • Preferably from a Life Science / Biotech company
  • Good written & verbal communication skills in English
  • Good Interpersonal interaction
  • Good Market knowledge
  • Strong personal relations with customers
  • Maintenance of data & analysis skills.
