Role : ServiceNow Developer

Experience : 4 to 8 Years

Locations : Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderbad

Must-Have

• Good competency in Configuring and customize on multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery & Governance Risk Compliance) of ServiceNow depending on the business Requirement.
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI Actions and Client Scripts to automate complex business processes.
• Experience on Catalog Development and Flow Designer creation.
• Must Possess hands on experience on integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
• Expertise on Incident Management - Incident Resolution and Escalation Process, SLA Management
• Problem Management - Root Cause Analysis Problem Resolution and Workarounds
• Change Management – Risk Assessment and Impact Analysis, Change Planning and Scheduling to Change Implementation expertise on the Change management Lifecycle.
• Strong Understanding on Knowledge Management.
• Must have a Hands-on experience with Java Script and ServiceNow Scripting Language
