Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled AI / ML Builder with strong expertise in Salesforce and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will design and implement intelligent, secure, and scalable AI-driven solutions using Einstein, Einstein GPT, LLMs, vector databases, and external AI / ML services . This role involves building advanced workflows, personalized recommendations, intelligent automation, RAG pipelines, and custom GenAI-powered bots within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development & Customization

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.

Extend Salesforce functionality using Apex (triggers / classes), LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs .

Build high-performance and secure applications with robust documentation.

AI / ML Development & Integration

Develop, train, and deploy AI / ML models for predictions, automation, scoring, and forecasting.

Integrate AI / ML models into Salesforce using Einstein / Einstein GPT and external services (Python models, AWS / Azure ML services).

Design and optimize RAG pipelines leveraging LLMs and vector databases.

Build Einstein Bots and custom GenAI-driven conversational bots.

Architecture, DevOps & Performance

Manage CI / CD processes using Git and modern deployment tools.

Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI / ML pipelines.

Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.

Monitor model performance, conduct fine-tuning, and maintain feedback loops.

Collaboration & Innovation

Work with product, engineering, and data teams to identify AI-driven optimization opportunities.

Stay updated with emerging Generative AI technologies (LLMs, transformers, enterprise AI tools).

Must-Have Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Statistics, or related field.

5–7 years of experience in AI / ML development and Salesforce custom development.

Strong experience with Einstein, Einstein GPT , Python-based ML models, and cloud AI services (Azure / AWS).

Solid understanding of LLMs, transformers, RAG, and vector databases .

Hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, Aura, Salesforce APIs , and automation frameworks.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Good to Have :

Salesforce Certifications : AI Associate, Admin, Platform Developer.

Knowledge of MLOps tools (SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform).

Experience with DevOps tools : Copado, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins .

Experience building conversational AI or multi-agent workflow pipelines
