About the Role :
Seeking a highly skilled Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant with an experience of 4 years to join our dynamic team.
Requirements
- Expertise in designing, developing and deploying complex high-volume integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to connect Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Absence, OTL, Talent etc.) with internal and third-party systems.
- Proficiency in utilizing SOAP and REST web services to retrieve and update data across various HCM modules, ensuring seamless data exchange and system connectivity.
- Familiarity in SQL and PL / SQL for efficient data manipulation and analysis.
- Hands-on experience in performing unit and system integration testing for both new and enhanced integrations while contributing to the overall testing strategy.
- Sound ability to conduct workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements for absence and time management processes.
- Exposure in performing fit-gap analysis and designing solutions based on Oracle Cloud capabilities.
- Capability to conduct training sessions and create comprehensive user documentation to enable end-users and provide post-go-live support.
- Proven collaboration skills to work closely with other functional and technical streams ensuring seamless integration and delivery of a cohesive solution.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage and resolve functional challenges.
- Knowledge in raising service requests (SR), coordinating with Oracle for issue resolution and assisting in the identification and resolution of complex configuration-related problems.
