Job description

We'll look to you for :

Designing and maintaining optimal hybrid Exchange environments
Leading mailbox migrations and system upgrades
Ensuring security and compliance in the email communication infrastructure
Proactive monitoring and optimization of system performance
Advanced troubleshooting and support for Exchange-related issues
Collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration

Degree in B.E, B-Tech, or equivalent

Experience of 12+ years in supporting Office 365, Exchange Online, and Exchange on-premise

Knowledge of email security, compliance, and PowerShell scripting

Familiarity with broader Office 365 services like SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune

Understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and networking principles

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Willingness to work in shifts and relocate to Bangalore if necessary.
