Job Title : Senior UI / UX Designer

Location : Onsite (Mumbai)

Experience : 6+ years

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI / UX Designer to lead the design and user experience initiatives for our digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces, with a proven track record of delivering seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the end-to-end design process from research, wireframing, prototyping, to high-fidelity design.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve product experience.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI / UX trends, design tools, and technologies.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide design direction when needed.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
  • 6+ years of proven experience in UI / UX design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and engage closely with cross-functional teams.

    • Good to Have :

  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Experience in motion design or micro-interactions.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
