Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee engagement programs.
• Handle onboarding, training, and performance management systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Drive initiatives for employee retention, productivity, and workplace culture.
• Coordinate with management to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and analytics for decision-making.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees for smooth communication.
