Experience :

• 12-15 years of hands-on experience in ERP platforms, with a minimum of 8+ years focused on D365F&O (or AX2012) and at least 5 years in architectural or lead design roles.
• Deep domain expertise in finance, Supply chain, and warehousing processes, with demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Mastery of X++, LCS, with experience leading end-to-end ISV product development lifecycle.
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering highly available, high-volume D365 solutions in multi-entity, multi-legal environments.
• Advanced knowledge of data architecture, SQL optimization, and enterprise integration patterns (REST, OData, custom services, Power Platform connectors).
• Experience in performance tuning in the context of D365.
• This role is accountable for the technical vision and solution architecture for D365 F&O initiatives across the organization.
• The Technical Product Expert will partner with product owners, enterprise architects, and engineering leads to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions, while optimizing performance, cost, and time-to-market.
• Define and own the enterprise-grade architecture for D365F&O solutions including extensibility, integration, security, and performance.
• Lead technical strategy aligned with product growth, business scale, and user experience goals.
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide governance on extensibility patterns.
• Act as a thought leader to continuously evaluate new tools, frameworks, and best practices (i.e., dual-write, data lake integration, Power Platform extensibility).
• Mentor engineers and tech leads to uplift team capability and cross-functional knowledge.
• Ensure delivery excellence with a strong focus on solution quality, user experience, and regulatory compliance.
• Must possess excellent leadership presence, stakeholder communication, and ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
• Strong command of English (both spoken and written) is essential.
