Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for sales positions in our manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and hiring candidates for B2B / channel sales roles across India, with a strong understanding of the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and business development positions (Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Channel Sales Executive, etc.).
- Work closely with business heads and HR leaders to understand manpower requirements.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job fit and organizational culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain candidate database and update recruitment dashboards regularly.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Build a strong sales talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs like TAT, quality of hire, and cost per hire.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Proven experience in recruiting for sales roles in the manufacturing / industrial / building materials / consumer durables sectors.Strong knowledge of sales hiring channels, territory mapping, and compensation benchmarking.Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, or ATS systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR / Business Management.2–5 years of experience in sales hiring, preferably in manufacturing or industrial companies.
