Job descriptionPursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or Management . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation. Proactive, organized, and eager to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Real-time exposure to HR operations in a media agency. Mentorship from experienced HR professionals. Certificate of Internship & Letter of Recommendation (based on performance). Opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance. Stipend : As per company standards .

About the Internship
We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our growing team at Triple F Media. This internship is perfect for someone who wants hands-on exposure to real-world HR operations in the fast-paced influencer & media industry . You’ll work closely with the HR team on recruitment, onboarding, and people operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Coordinate walk-in and virtual interviews.
- Support onboarding and documentation of new hires.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, attendance, and HR records.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Help with HR reporting and daily HR operations.
