We are building the world's first AI-native Sales Operating System, trusted by enterprise teams to accelerate their sales motion. Our multi-agent AI system enables actionable account insights, RFP response generation, targeted nudges, and sales content. We have a team from Amazon, McKinsey, IIT, and Stanford.

AI Architect Role

You will take end-to-end ownership of designing and building the foundational architecture for multi-agent AI systems at our company. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine cutting-edge research with practical engineering to bring agent-based reasoning, orchestration, and automation into our enterprise-grade platform.

You’ll be hands-on with code, while also shaping technical direction, and evaluating new frameworks. Your work will directly influence how thousands of enterprise users experience AI in their daily sales workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect & Build : Design and implement the core architecture for agentic AI platforms, including multi-agent workflows, orchestration layers, and reasoning pipelines.
  • Ai Systems Development : Develop, fine-tune, and deploy scalable ML / NLP / LLM-driven services in production.
  • Data & Infrastructure : Build and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, training, and real-time serving. Seamlessly embed AI services into our products.
  • Performance Optimization : Continuously refine models for accuracy, latency, and enterprise-scale reliability.
  • Innovation & Leadership : Stay ahead of emerging frameworks and bring the best into production.Set technical standards, lead design reviews, and mentor junior engineers in Ai engineering best practices.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education : B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science from a premier institute
  • Experience : 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Ai / Ml engineering, with proven impact in building production systems.

    • Technical Skills :

  • Strong skills in Python, with expertise in designing modular, scalable systems.
  • Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent orchestration.
  • Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, DSPy, AutoGen, Ray, or equivalents).
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native deployments (AWS / GCP / Azure).
  • Strong grounding in data structures, algorithms, and system design with the ability to make architectural trade-offs.
  • (Preferred) Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), workflow orchestration, and LLMOps practices (monitoring, evaluation, guardrails).
