Role Summary :

As a CNC  Machinist / VMC Programmer , you will be responsible for programming, setting up and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to manufacture precision components. This role involves optimizing machining processes, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications  and maintaining high quality standards .

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement VMC programs for precision machining
• Set up and operate CNC / VMC machines as per production requirements
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T specifications, and machining instructions
• Optimize machining parameters to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Conduct quality checks on finished components to meet production standards
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve machining issues
• Maintain and calibrate VMC equipment for peak performance
