Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager (Area / Regional Sales Manager) for our Coimbatore operations. The ideal candidate will be a local professional from Coimbatore or nearby regions, with proven experience in the engineered stone & natural stones industry. This role requires driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth in the assigned region.
- Identify and build strong relationships with new clients including architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and dealers.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to develop competitive strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and expand business reach.
- Oversee marketing initiatives including participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.

Requirements & Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).3-6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in engineered stone & natural stonesStrong local market knowledge and an existing client network in Coimbatore and nearby regions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business.Self-driven, dynamic, and willing to travel extensively within the region.______________
