Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist. The primary responsibilities include managing residential real estate sales, building lasting client relationships, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional customer service. The specialist will actively engage with clients, manage property listings, and collaborate with various teams to meet sales targets while maintaining high professional standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Residential Real Estate and a comprehensive understanding of Real Estate market trends
Strong skills in Real Estate Sales and Customer Service
Expertise in Contract Negotiation and closing deals effectively
Proven ability to communicate effectively and build client relationships
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
A proactive attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is highly preferred
Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a plus
