Responsibilities
- Project planning and execution :
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing technology initiatives.
- Implement and facilitate Agile methodologies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Define project milestones, objectives, and deliverables.
Technical leadership :
Oversee the technical aspects of AI projects, such as data pipelines, model development, and deployment.Ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions and manage technical resources.Provide technical guidance and make informed decisions regarding system architecture and software development.Stakeholder management and communication :
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to all parties involved.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.Risk management and problem-solving :
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.Resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle, especially those unique to AI projects like data quality or model performance.Process and performance improvement :
Analyze and improve management and technical processes to increase efficiency.Establish and maintain best practices for AI project management.Track project performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in fields like Computer Science, AI, or Business is typically required.Skills :
Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data literacy.Proficiency in project management methodologies, especially Agile.Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.Strategic thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Experience with project management tools and software.
