Experience : 12 to 15 years

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using modern .NET) and C# best practices.
• Lead technical implementation, ensuring deliverability, scalability, and code quality.
• Align the engineering roadmap with business objectives and long-term product vision.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Act as the technical voice during planning and refinement sessions.
• Implement CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate deployments and streamline development workflows.
• Use Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC), provisioning and managing cloud resources (AWS).
• Conduct peer code reviews and offer constructive feedback to uphold quality standards and shared practices.
• Mentor junior developers to foster an inclusive, collaborative, and growth-oriented engineering culture.
• Engineer robust software for self-service kiosks, enabling seamless interaction with peripheral hardware (e.G. payment devices, scanners, printers), with built-in self-recovery mechanisms to handle operational anomalies without human intervention.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance in production environments.
• Champion test-driven development (TDD ) and maintain a robust test automation strategy to ensure software reliability, scalability, and maintainability across environments.
• Awareness of broader Worldline engineering initiatives
