Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Marketing Manager located in Kochi. The Senior Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales teams, conducting market research, and building client relationships. The role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, analyzing sales data, and meeting sales targets. The individual will work closely with the management team to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives . Experience :  Minimum 10 years in the construction field, specifically in marketing multi-storey residential buildings

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Market Research, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in developing and executing Marketing Campaigns and Strategies
• Proficiency in analyzing Sales Data and meeting Sales Targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
