Scope of Work : Full vehicle crash simulations & / Durabiliy loadcase simulations

Education Requirements : Bachelors / master’s in mechanical / Automobile / Industrial Engineering

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

Mechanical ,

Automobile Engineering .

3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Meshing, Module build for Crash & / Durability, High speed crash analysis & / Durability anaysis

Strong understanding of

BiW manufacturing processes

such as

stamping ,

spot welding ,

Assembly, Material models and Physics of Crash & / Durability

Proficiency in

ANSA

as preporcessor,

LSDyna

for Crash loadcase & /

Abacus

for Durability evaluation ,

Animator / Hyperworks

for postprocessing

Ability to work effectively in

cross-functional teams .

Ability to work deliver the FE model set up to load case Analysis report independently or with minimal support
