8 to 10 years of experience with integrated creative production as a Specialist designer in an agency or studio that specializes in serving healthcare and pharmaceutical brands
Experience working with marketing, copywriting, and strategy teams to conceptualize and develop visual narratives that meet business goals
Ability to ensure all visual content adheres to brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and channel-specific specifications
Skills to create templates, design systems, and scalable design assets for recurring use
Capability to provide art direction support and offer design recommendations based on target audience and campaign objectives
Expertise to guide visual consistency across multi-format deliverables such as landing pages, social carousels, email templates, and presentations
Experience to review and refine assets developed by junior designers; provide constructive feedback and quality assurance
Awareness to stay up to date with industry trends and proactively introduce innovative design formats, techniques, and tools
Ability to manage timelines and workload independently while collaborating across creative, production, and marketing teams
Willingness to participate in project scoping, estimation, and stakeholder reviews as needed
Discipline to properly save files within our online server system
Precision to execute specific marked-up changes within the materials, such as flashcards, leave behinds, banner ads, emails, websites, and videos
Flexibility to re-size approved materials as needed (resize journal ads to new size, resize banner ads to new sizes, resize emails for mobile)
Ownership to handle the final production of jobs and deliver to vendors / internal developers
Understanding of agency process as it applies to timelines, routes, and deliverables
Ability to troubleshoot and flex within the role as needed
Capacity to handle a high volume of projects from different clients
