Python Implementation Specialist

Location : Remote – India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Ghana, Bangladesh, Turkey, Mexico

Employment Type : Contractor (3-month assignment, no medical / paid leave)

Working Hours : 8 hours / day, with 4-hour overlap with PST

Experience : 5 – 8 years

Contractor Pay : USD 17 – 25 per hour, 509

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber backend engineer with deep expertise in Python and a strong track record of building large-scale systems efficiently. This role focuses on implementing real-world services (e.g., Gmail, Jira) as modular, production-ready APIs using a test-driven development approach. Emphasis is placed on engineering excellence, clear documentation, and robust database design.

Note : This is a software engineering role, not related to data annotation, data science, or analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement real-world services as modular, production-ready APIs
• Create and maintain developer-friendly documentation
• Follow a strict Test Driven Development (TDD) approach — tests first, code second
• Build scalable systems at maximum velocity without compromising reliability or maintainability
• Design and iterate on scalable database schemas for service integrations

Must-Have Qualifications

Bonus : Familiarity with LLM function calling protocols and paradigms
