Job Location : Hyderabad

Work Mode : Hybrid

Shifts(UK) : 2 PM to 11 PM

Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-driven applications ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with business and operations teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Integrate generative AI models into products to enhance user experience.
  • Maintain and optimize existing systems, fix bugs, and implement new features.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and ensure quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
  • Provide training, support, and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies to keep products innovative.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Certifications in AI / ML / Data Science are an advantage.

    • Experience

  • 8–10 years in software development with focus on AI-based applications .
  • Strong expertise in Front-end, React.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing AI solutions.
