Role & Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
- Acquire and engage clients with Assets Under Management (AUM) of INR 1 million and above using a need-based advisory approach
- Drive exceptional volume and revenue performance through personalized financial solutions and client-focused engagement
Cross-Sell & Product Penetration
Ensure comprehensive product coverage by effectively cross-selling and up-selling the full range of DBS products and servicesMaximize wallet share by understanding client needs and offering tailored banking and investment solutionsClient Relationship Management
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management and timely service deliveryServe as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent support and engagementInternal Collaboration
Coordinate with DBS Service, Distribution, and Product teams to ensure seamless client servicing and product fulfillmentProvide feedback from clients to internal teams for continuous service and product enhancementSkills Required
