Salary Range :  ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Your Role :

This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to launch their career in HR. You will be an integral part of our team, learning the end-to-end recruitment process in a real-world, fast-paced environment. You will get hands-on experience in finding the next great talent for our company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : from sourcing candidates to making the offer.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., , Naukri, etc.) and other creative methods.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
• Post and manage job descriptions on various job portals and social media.
• Keep our candidate database (ATS) organized and up-to-date.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analytics.
