We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth in the region.
Responsibilities
- Cold-calling customers, meeting clients, and achieving sales targets.
- Prospecting, identifying, and acquiring new customers.
- Negotiating prices and closing deals.
- Using our CRM platform (Salesforce) for updating and tracking leads.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).2–3 years of experience in Sales in the semiconductor industry (preferred).Freshers with a background in Electronics are also encouraged to apply.Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities.Sound technical knowledge of our products and applications.Experience in meeting clients, building customer relationships, and achieving targets.Must be willing and able to travel to customers within the region.Must be based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.Proficient in speaking, understanding, and communicating effectively in Kannada.Compensation : ₹20,000–₹25,000 / month for freshers or ₹35,000–₹45,000 / month for experienced candidates in electronic component sales.
