Civica India is looking for a skilled, innovative, and self-driven senior engineer with significant experience across various aspects of the Salesforce platform who is eager to be part of a multicultural software company. The engineer will collaborate with the Salesforce team to guarantee that projects are thoughtfully envisioned, expertly developed, and successfully delivered to meet business requirements. This role involves overseeing every stage, from capturing initial requirements to designing, constructing, ensuring quality, and final deployment.

• Deliver Salesforce configuration and customisation following best practice and ensuring solutions are seamless, delivered quickly and accurately with appropriate documentation.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders and the project team.
• Ensure adherence to applicable standards (corporate, industry, national and international).
• Contribute technical expertise to project design and deliverables and take ownership of the modules assigned to you throughout the project.
• Take an active role in the practical design, development, and testing of innovative projects.
• Engage in governance activities throughout the projects, ensuring that solutions comply with both internal and external standards concerning the effectiveness, efficiency, confidentiality, integrity, availability, compliance, and reliability of all information, services, and processes related to architecture governance.
