Job Summary : The CX Technical Analyst sits at the intersection of customer experience technicalexpertise and data-driven insights . This role supports ourmid-marketcustomers by designing configuring and delivering scalable technical solutions that help them extract meaningful insights from theBrandwatchproduct suite. As part of the CX organization you will work closely with customers and internal teams to solve complex technical challenges improve customer outcomes and ensure clients are empowered to get maximum value fromBrandwatch. This is a hands-onrole requiring strong analytical skillsandtechnical curiosity.

What youll do

• Become an advanced user of the Brandwatchproduct suite applying a hands-on and forward-thinking approach to solving customerdata framework and setups
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to design and implement technical solutions aligned to customer objectives
• Build and deliver scalable data solutions including :
• Query writing and data configuration
• Dataset creation cleaning and segmentation
• Visual dashboards anddataframeworks
• Present technical deliverables to both technical and non-technical audiences translating complexity into clarity
• Worklargely independentlywhile managing multiple priorities and deadlinesmaintaininga high bar for quality and accuracy
