Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SCCM Engineer (Level 2) with hands-on experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, Third-Party Patch Management, and PowerShell scripting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing enterprise-wide system deployment, updates, compliance, and mobile device management solutions while ensuring system security and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and support SCCM / MECM infrastructure including deployment, patching, software distribution, OS imaging, and reporting.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune configurations for mobile device and application management (MDM / MAM).
  • Integrate and operate Third-Party Patch Management tools (e.g., Patch My PC, Ivanti, ManageEngine, etc.) with SCCM / Intune to ensure systems are up to date and secure.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for task automation, software installations, system reporting, and health checks.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on system performance, compliance, and deployment status.
  • Troubleshoot deployment and patching issues across various endpoints (Windows 10 / 11, Servers, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Security and IT teams to ensure patch compliance and system hardening.
  • Participate in change control, documentation, and knowledge sharing processes.
  • Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for SCCM and Intune-related incidents and service requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience with SCCM / MECM administration and configuration.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Intune for mobile and modern desktop management.
  • Good to have experience with Third-Party Patch Management tools and their integration with SCCM.
  • Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
  • Good understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking basics.
  • Familiarity with Windows Update for Business (WUfB) and co-management scenarios.
  • Experience with device collections, task sequences, compliance settings, and role-based administration in SCCM.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
