We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to lead our Primary Sales IT team. In this managerial role, you willbe responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and support ofthe SAP SD module, ensuring the efficient management of sales processes andcustomer relationships. You will work closely with other functional teams,guide best practices, and provide strategic insights to enhance businessprocesses.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Management :
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP SD consultants
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules
SAP SD Module Implementation :
Design, configure, and test SAP SD modules based on business requirementsOversee the implementation of enhancements and upgrades to the SAP SD systemBusiness Process Optimization :
Analyse and understand business requirements, providing strategic insights and recommendations for process improvementsDevelop and implement SAP SD solutions to streamline sales processes and enhance customer experienceSupport and Maintenance :
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the SAP SD moduleEnsure system documentation is up-to-date and accurateConduct regular system maintenance and upgradesTraining and Development :
Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and team membersFoster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the teamCompliance and Reporting :
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standardsPrepare and present reports to management on system performance and project progressQualifications
Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Engineering / Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Applications or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in SAP SD module implementation and supportProficiency in SAP SD configuration and customizationExperience with SAP ECC or S / 4HANAStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven track record of leading successful SAP SD projects and managing teamsSkills and Competencies
