Job description

Salesforce Visualization Specialist

Role : Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Salesforce CRM Analytics.

Data Integration : Connect and merge data from Salesforce Data Cloud with financial data from a Databricks Lakehouse.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and build compelling visualizations that provide actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Harmonize data from multiple sources to create unified dashboards.

Requirements :

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics and Salesforce Data Cloud.

Experience with Databricks and data lakehouse concepts mainly to be able to connect and build dashboards from that data

Nice to Have :

General understanding of data modelling and ETL processes.

Prior experience in banking or financial sector
