Job Title: Investment Associate

Reporting to: CIO

Location: BKC Mumbai

Type: Full Core Investments (ACI) is the Family Office of the Humbarwadi Family, shareholders of Ashok Iron Works. ACI operates as an independent investment arm focused on investments across private and public markets.

Our goal is to build a legacy of long-term value by diversifying into exceptional businesseseither traditional or emerging. We are looking to onboard a strategic leader to help drive this vision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investment Research & Analysis - Assist in the evaluation, selection, and monitoring of ETFs, Mutual Funds, AIF investments, Direct equity and Private Equity

- Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting - Maintain investment trackers, performance dashboards, and exposure summaries

- Operational & Compliance Support - Liaise with fund managers, brokers, and custodians for execution and reporting

- Strategic Projects - Contribute to research projects on asset allocation, new investment products, and emerging market opportunities

Candidate Profile:

Associate with 5 years of experience in investment roles

Preference for:

- Buy side front office role

- Previous family office experience

- Candidates from well-known organisations

- Chartered Accountant fresher (first-attempt pass preferred), or

- B.Com / BBA graduates with strong academic credentials

- CFA Level I/II (optional but Strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Basic understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and investment products

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic financial modelling

- Attention to detail, high ethical standards, and discretion
