Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive / Academic Counselor located in Pune. Responsibilities include interacting with prospective students to provide detailed information about academic programs, guiding them through the admissions process, generating leads, and engaging with educational institutions for partnerships. The role also involves ensuring goals are met, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the growth of the institution through proactive sales and counseling efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
• Sales and customer relationship management skills.
• High Energy candidate who is self motivated to achieve targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in the education sector, training, or business development is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in any field;

a background in education or healthcare is a plus.
