We are currently seeking three experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses (Grade 5) for a short-term placement at the dynamic and high-performing Facilities in QLD  This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy regional hospital and support a diverse patient population.

�� Position Overview

You will be working across all areas of a Level 4 ED, which includes :

• 2 Resuscitation / Trauma Bays
• 3 High Dependency Bays
• 12 Acute Beds
• 5 Paediatric Bays
• 12 Fast Track Bays
• 16 Short Stay Beds
• 2 Mental Health Bays
• 1 Isolation HDU Bay

The ED sees over 150 patients daily, both adult and paediatric.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' Emergency Department nursing experience
• Current ALS, Resus & Triage certificates
• BLS competency
• Completion of :

Emergency Triage Education Kit (ETEK)

• Manual & patient handling
• Infection control
• Aggressive behaviour management
• Mandatory reporting for child protection

�� Desirable Skills

• Proficiency with ieMR (Integrated Electronic Medical Record)
• Previous experience in QLD Health preferred
