Job Description :

We are Hiring HR Manager for US IT Staffing Industry – Night Shift.

Should have worked in the areas of Employee Engagement, Process Management, Performance Management, Organization & Talent Development and Culture.

Looking for resources to drive change in leadership & organizational development Plan, develop and implement HR related strategies.

Develop individual / group / cross-functional / cross team employee engagement initiatives and drive them towards active employee participation.

Should interact regularly with the employees and motivate them whenever necessary, should act as a company's positive advocate.

Able to follow up with employees about the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.

Must have excellent command Over Written and verbal Communication Skills.
