We're looking for a MEP Costing Engineer to join our team and play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and supporting project procurement.

• ???? Responsibilities :
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting systems).
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare BOQs and cost breakdowns for bidding & procurement.
• Evaluate vendor quotations and assist in negotiations.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost accuracy and value engineering.
• ???? Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in MEP estimation / costing.
• Strong knowledge of MEP materials, codes, and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and costing software.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
