Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Conduct data analysis to identify business trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Develop process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.

Liaise between business teams and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.

Support project management and monitor project progress against objectives.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and efficiency.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.

Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
