This role involves collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to derive actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, critical thinking abilities, and the capability to communicate complex data findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.Perform exploratory and statistical analysis to support strategic planning and business performance measurement.Document data sources, processes, methodologies, and definitions to ensure transparency and consistency.Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, product, operations, and management, to drive data initiatives.Monitor and enhance data quality by identifying issues and recommending process improvements.Prototype and experiment with analytical solutions using cloud-based tools, especially onGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP) .Primary SkillsProficiency inSQLfor data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.Advanced knowledge ofPythonfor data analysis, scripting, and automation.Strong expertise indata visualization toolssuch asPower BI ,Tableau , orLooker .In-depth understanding ofstatistical methods , hypothesis testing, and data modeling techniques.Experience working withlarge datasetsand modern data pipelines.Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.Secondary SkillsHands-on experience withGCP tools and services , such as BigQuery, Dataflow, or Cloud Functions.Familiarity with version control systems likeGit .Working knowledge ofETL processesand data warehousing concepts.Exposure tomachine learningor predictive modeling techniques is a plus.Experience working incross-functionaloragileteams.Good to Have SkillsBackground or experience in thehealthcare domainor health data analytics.Knowledge ofdata governance ,data privacy , and compliance standards.Proficiency in other languages or tools likeR ,Excel , orJupyter Notebooks .Experience withCI / CD pipelinesandautomated reporting .Ability to mentor junior analysts or contribute to team knowledge-sharing.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree inComputer Science ,Statistics ,Mathematics ,Engineering , or a related field.5+ yearsof professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.What We Believe : We’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
