We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will act as a strategic enabler for sales and growth . This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, responsible for driving end-to-end product marketing for our AI-powered and Generative AI healthcare solutions , with a strong focus on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) .
The ideal candidate comes from product-based organizations , thrives in startup culture , has hands-on experience scaling products across growth stages , and understands how to market AI-powered healthtech solutions to the US market .
You will own brand strategy, positioning, GTM, content leadership, and sales enablement , ensuring consistency in how our solutions are represented across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and evolve brand identity, positioning, and tone of voice for AI-powered healthcare solutions.
- Ensure consistent messaging across digital, events, launches, analyst briefings, and executive communications.
- Develop and execute a multi-format content strategy (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, videos, podcasts, presentations).
- Partner with sales and product teams to craft narratives that resonate with SaaS buyers and healthcare executives.
- Design and implement GTM strategies for new products, features, and partnerships.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns (email, paid search, LinkedIn, retargeting, events) to drive awareness and pipeline.
- Translate market / customer insights into actionable GTM plans that fuel adoption and revenue growth.
- Build sales enablement tools (battlecards, ROI calculators, objection guides, competitive decks).
- Deliver client demos, tailored pitches, and executive-level presentations.
- Train sales teams with messaging, case studies, and success stories to accelerate closures.
- Manage demand generation campaigns across SEO / SEM, paid media, email, and social.
- Leverage analytics to optimize targeting, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Present ROI insights to leadership, linking initiatives directly to sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with product, sales, design, and leadership to align strategies.
- Optimize workflows with MarTech tools (Hubspot, GA, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress).
Required Skills & Experience
8–10 years in product marketing, with 6+ in SaaS / AI / GenAI.Proven success across growth stages (0→1, 1→10, 10→100+).Strong sales enablement experience with playbooks, content, and GTM assets.Expertise in demand generation, inbound / outbound, and ABM.Proficiency in Hubspot, GA, SEO tools, and campaign managers.Excellent storytelling, communication, and analytics-driven decision-making.Nice to Have
Startup or global SaaS experience (US, APAC, EMEA).Knowledge of US healthcare payer / provider and RCM.Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Premiere, or Descript.Passion for AI, healthcare innovation, and data-driven transformation.
