Oracle Functional Consultant - Benefits Module

Responsibilities :

• Create and review functional design documents, process flows, and configuration guides
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement integrations with payroll, Oracle HCM core HR, and third-party systems
• Support testing activities including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and configuration issues in Benefits setup
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
• Ensure solutions comply with statutory and regulatory requirements across locations
• Document business processes, functional specifications, and training materials for :
• Familiarity with Workflows, Approval rules, and Fast Formulas within Oracle HCM
• Experience with Web Services, SOAP / REST integrations, and data migration tools (HCM Data Loader or similar)
• Understanding of security roles, data access sets, and approvals in Oracle HCM
• Basic understanding of SQL, PL / SQL, and Oracle reporting tools for troubleshooting and reporting
• Experience in statutory compliance such as insurance, retirement plans, and regional benefits laws
