Job Description-

We are seeking an experienced Dell Boomi Developer (5–8 years) to design, build, and manage enterprise integration solutions using the Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform . This role requires hands-on experience in architecting and implementing complex integrations, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient integrations using Dell Boomi between various on-premises and cloud applications (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday).
  • Lead and participate in integration architecture design and review sessions.
  • Define best practices for integration development, deployment, monitoring, and error handling.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze integration requirements.
  • Configure and manage Boomi Atoms , Molecules, and Atom Clouds.
  • Develop and manage APIs, connectors, and web services (REST / SOAP).
  • Perform performance tuning, optimization, and ensure high availability of integrations.
  • Create detailed documentation for integration processes, data flows, and configuration.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices and standards.
  • Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications :

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Integration Development, with at least 3+ years specifically on Dell Boomi AtomSphere .
  • Strong understanding of iPaaS , API design, and enterprise application integration concepts.
  • Proficiency in web services (REST / SOAP) , XML , JSON , XSLT , and data mapping .
  • Experience with database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and writing SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
  • Familiar with CI / CD pipelines , version control (e.g., Git), and DevOps practices.
  • Hands-on experience with error handling, exception management , and process monitoring in Boomi.
  • Ability to design integration frameworks and reusable components.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Dell Boomi Professional Certification (or higher).
  • Experience in integrating with ERP, CRM, HCM, and financial systems .
  • Exposure to other integration platforms like MuleSoft, Informatica, or Azure Integration Services .
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience in B2B / EDI integrations is a plus.
