About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI / ML Ops Engineer with a strong foundation in AI / ML engineering and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AIOps platforms, cloud-native technologies, and advanced analytics to drive intelligent automation and operational efficiency across IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI / ML models for anomaly detection, incident prediction, and root cause analysis.

Integrate AIOps solutions with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, and AppDynamics .

Collaborate with SREs, DevOps, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and operational pain points.

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to process logs, metrics, and events from diverse sources.

Implement NLP techniques for log analysis and intelligent alert correlation.

Apply time-series analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling techniques.

Continuously evaluate and retrain models to ensure optimal performance.

Contribute to the development of dashboards and visualizations for actionable operational insights.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in AI / ML engineering, preferably in IT operations or DevOps environments.

Strong programming skills in Python ; experience with AI Python SDKs and GenAI implementations.

Proficiency with cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes.

Familiarity with AIOps platforms such as Dynatrace .

Experience with Agentic AI project planning and text embedding manipulation .

Solid understanding of JavaScript UI frameworks : React, Angular.

Demonstrable knowledge of debugging , problem-solving , and working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Knowledge of ITSM / ITIL processes is a plus.
