RED Global, on behalf of a Key Client Partner, is currently searching for a skilled and detail-oriented Genesys QA / Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our Genesys-based contact center solutions.

Job Summary :

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing Genesys platforms, including Genesys Cloud (PureCloud), Genesys Engage (on-prem or cloud), IVR workflows, call routing, and integrations with CRM or third-party systems

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts for Genesys applications and integrations.

Perform functional, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing of Genesys contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys Cloud CX, Engage).

Validate IVR call flows, routing logic, chat, email, and other omnichannel communication features.

Work closely with developers, Genesys architects, product managers, and business analysts to ensure full coverage of system behavior.

Support performance testing for call loads and agent concurrency.

Validate reporting (Genesys reporting tools, BI dashboards) for accuracy and completeness.

Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous QA process improvements.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

2+ years of experience in QA / testing roles, with at least 1 year of Genesys platform testing.

Hands-on experience with testing Genesys Cloud CX, Genesys Engage, or PureConnect.

Understanding of contact center concepts such as IVR, call routing, queues, agent desktops, and CTI integrations.

Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman, JIRA, Confluence, and Selenium (optional).

Basic knowledge of API testing, SIP / VoIP protocols, or telephony environments.

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
