Job descriptionExperience : 0–1 year (Freshers welcome). Good communication and convincing skills. Comfortable with field work and travelling locally. Target-driven and self-motivated personality. Basic understanding of sales will be an added advantage. Two-wheeler preferred (if required by company). Fixed Salary : ₹10,000 per month Incentive : ₹500 per successful closure Fuel Reimbursement provided Performance-based growth opportunities Simple earning structure with high incentive potential On-field learning and rapid skill development Opportunity to grow into senior sales roles
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive (Fresher to 1 Year Experience) who will be responsible for on-ground client visits, lead generation, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential customers and generate leads.
- Conduct product / service demos and explain offerings clearly.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales closures.
- Maintain proper visit reports and follow-ups.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
