Job description

Keyskills : Mandatory

  • Experience in land sourcing in residential
  • Financial feasibility - financial modeling
  • Connected with multiple land channel partners / land acquisition dealers
  • Mixed experience of land sourcing and financial feasibility
  • Has has experience closing land deals

Roles & Responsibility :

  • Deal Sourcing strategy and network - Build and maintain a robust network of CP's who supply quality leads; Ensure TVSEL is the first preference for such CP's
  • Excellent understanding of market with respect to new launches, average prices, absorption trends, vacancy levels, key developers, infrastructure updates, land valuation etc.
  • Thorough understanding of concepts of valuation, grasp on financial modelling
  • Excellent team player who establishes trust and rapport with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Understands various clauses and their impact on business in all legal documents - term sheet, sale deed, JDA, shareholder agreement etc
  • Working knowledge of various zonal and revenue regulations in Bangalore
  • Ability to co-ordinate with consultants during diligence - legal, liaison, design, survey, soil testing etc.
  • Qualification :

  • MBA / Graduate from a reputed university
  • 6 to 8 years of Land acquisition experience in real estate sector
