Roles & Responsibility :
Deal Sourcing strategy and network - Build and maintain a robust network of CP's who supply quality leads; Ensure TVSEL is the first preference for such CP'sExcellent understanding of market with respect to new launches, average prices, absorption trends, vacancy levels, key developers, infrastructure updates, land valuation etc.Thorough understanding of concepts of valuation, grasp on financial modellingExcellent team player who establishes trust and rapport with all internal and external stakeholdersUnderstands various clauses and their impact on business in all legal documents - term sheet, sale deed, JDA, shareholder agreement etcWorking knowledge of various zonal and revenue regulations in BangaloreAbility to co-ordinate with consultants during diligence - legal, liaison, design, survey, soil testing etc.Qualification :
