Salary : Starting 60,000 per month

What You'll Do :

• Take full ownership of product design across mobile and web — from vision to execution.
• Design intuitive, elegant, and impactful flows across the CNESS ecosystem — including Conscious Certification, Mentor Journeys, Community Layer, and Learning Labs.
• Lead UX planning and UI delivery for major product modules.
• Collaborate with founders, tech leads, and marketing to align product vision with scalable design systems.
• Own the Figma system, maintain consistency, and push visual evolution.
