Role Overview :
As the Community Outreach Manager , the role involves managing, expanding and nurturing the community while planning and executing outreach initiatives, partnerships, events and engagement campaigns to strengthen the brand’s presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead generation
- Build and manage relationships with community members, partners, and industry leader
- Plan and execute both online and offline community engagement activities across India
- Identify and onboard strategic partners, sponsors, or collaborators to expand community value
- Track community engagement team metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a strong engagement across community channels
- Handle end to end event management and teams performance
Qualifications & Skills :
2–5 years of experience in community management, outreach, partnerships or event coordinationExcellent communication, relationship-building and organizational skills.Experience working with outreach program
