Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential corporate partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to enhance client engagement.
  • Assist in the development of partnership proposals and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus.
