We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager & English Content Writer who can lead social media strategy and content creation across platforms. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, with a sharp eye for trends, tone, and audience behavior and experience with Government client is must.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management
Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for government, ministry social media accounts.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and audience engagement across platforms (X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Monitor analytics, generate performance reports, and optimize content based on insights
Coordinate with design and video teams for multimedia content
Ensure brand tone, compliance, and messaging consistency across all accounts
English Content Writing & Curation
Write high-quality English content : captions, blogs, press notes, scripts, newsletters, and campaign copy
Curate content calendars aligned with client goals and public communication standards
Conduct research for policy-related, cultural, and brand-specific content
Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and impact
Collaborate with client teams to align messaging with strategic objectives
Client Servicing
Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients
Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable digital strategies
Conduct regular review meetings and share performance updates
Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content
Build strong relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving
Data Reporting & Insights
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and platform insights
Prepare weekly / monthly reports with actionable recommendations
Present data-driven insights to internal teams and clients
Identify trends and opportunities for content optimization
Requirements
3-4 years of total experience in social media management along with English content writing
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing social media for Government accounts
Proven track record of handling government / ministry accounts and private brands
Strong command of written English with a flair for storytelling and public communication
Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with professionalism
Prior agency or public sector experience is highly preferred
