• Help resolve billing and cost queries.
• Job analysis and assisting with reconciliation of 3rd party costs, where contractually required.
• Provide monthly status for all jobs.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of appropriate documentation for revenue recognition, including PO / client approval, Billings, and purchasing contacts where applicable and proof of delivery.
• Other adhoc - High level of attention to detail & Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while working to tight deadlines.
• A can-do' positive attitude & Proactive.
• Strong analytical skills in reconciliations and variance analysis.
