Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chakan for a Design and Production Planning Engineer. The responsibilities include production planning, developing schedules, assisting in the design and layout of production processes, and coordinating with the production team to ensure efficiency. The engineer will play a key role in optimizing processes, analyzing resource needs, and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with production goals. Qualifications Production Planning and Planning skills to develop and oversee efficient workflows and schedules Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and optimize design and production Effective Communication skills for coordinating across teams and presenting insights Knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles for improving production processes Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience in manufacturing or process industry roles is a plus
