Job Summary :

We're looking for a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of driving growth and success in international enterprise software sales. As a Co-Founder & CRO, you'll play a critical role in shaping the company's sales strategy, building and leading high-performing sales teams, and driving revenue growth. With a strong technical background in CAD or engineering and 15+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, you'll leverage your expertise to propel our company to new heights.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy & Leadership - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, build and lead high-performing sales teams, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends, market analysis, and competitor insights to drive growth.
  • Customer Relationships - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential customer accounts.
  • Product Vision - Collaborate with the founding team to shape the company's product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Team Building - Attract, retain, and develop top talent to build a high-performing sales 15+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical background in CAD or engineering, with a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, including product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and demonstrations.
